Wednesday: Breakfast I had a slice of bread. with butter and jam. as well as my green smoothie made with spinach, lemon juice, blueberries, green apples, banana, ice and splenda. and one egg.
Lunch I had my leftovers of plaza azteca spinach and chicken enchiladas with rice
Dinner I had pork chops fried with green beans, carrots and rice a roni.
For snacks I had eggs and butternut squash soup.
Thursday: Breakfast I had a leftover pancake with coffee and green monster smoothie.
Lunch we had a potluck at work I had shrimp gumbo with rice, taco dip, lasagna, meatballs it was delicious but the chocolate cake was the best!
Dinner I cooked homemade chicken pot pie in a pot for mom and I. I washed our bed sheets. Made some krispy treats and chocolate covered pretzels.
Not the best valentine's day. I did workout on the bike for 32 minutes.
Friday: I had coffee, an egg and clementine.
For a mid snack I cooked some spinach and eggs. I knew Daniel wanted to get lunch at the sushi buffet. ate salad and sushi first. than some green beans and hibachi.
Dinner we had hotdogs and french fries.
Saturday for breakfast I had cinnamon rolls and turkey bacon with coffee.
Lunch we had pizza cheese and sausage and a couple cups of shrimp gumbo.
Dinner we had sloppy joes with rice and mixed veggies.
Sunday for breakfast we had homemade cinnamon rolls, bacon and coffee with homemade bread.
lunch we had leftovers of sloppy joes, rice and mixed veggies and pizza rolls.
Dinner we had steaks, mac and cheese, rolls, green beans, brussel sprouts and cake.
with ice cream it was a long day.
Monday was Daniels Birthday so for breakfast we went to Cracker Barrel. had some pancakes and such.
Lunch we had smittys yum!
Went to the zoo it was fun.

Tuesday Morning I gained on the scale again!
Breakfast I had a banana with a small cinnamon roll homemade and a frappucino.
Lunch I had leftovers of steak, mac and cheese and salad.

February 6th- 12th, 2013
Wednesday: Breakast I had leftovers from Ihop. pancake, half of my steak some hash browns and an extra egg.
Lunch I had the leftovers of unos from the previous friday. steamed green beans and quinoa.
Dinner Daniel and I went to Texas Roadhouse. We had the rolls, fried pickles. I ordered the steak with a sweet potato and green beans. I ate half and saved the rest for tomorrow lunch.
We then went grocery shopping. Wore me out. I had a cup of milk and a cupcake and went to bed.
Thursday: Breakfast I had mcdonalds egg mcmuffin with a coffee.
I really need to get better at weighing & measuring my food and portioning!!!!!
Gotta get on the ball with this!
Lunch: I had leftovers from the night before of Texas Roadhouse.
Steak, sweet potato, green beans and a leftover roll.
I decided for dinner I would have some pizza and wine while I cleaned up. Did some laundry, cleaned the downstairs bathroom, cleaned up the closet, vacuumed.
Went to bed around 10pm.
Friday: Breakfast I had a slice of bread with jam and coffee.
Cleaned up my desk and organized a few things finally getting some organization going on! Watched The Women.
I had some eggs and another slice of toast for a light lunch
Daniel came home so we went shopping
Lunch at a sushi buffet which was really good!
Dinner we had a chicken and rice dinner was okay.

Saturday: Breakfast I had bacon, and a egg white omelette with cheese and a slice of bread with jam with coffee.
Lunch I had tostinos supreme pizza, hotdog and fiber one brownies.

Tuesday: Weigh in 287.6 gained 4lbs! No wonder we had been eating out all week!

Went with mom to her doctors appt
Dinner: Pizza (sausage, pepperoni, and white)
Gym: Combo Water Aerobics class

New Week 1.21.13-1.28.13
Monday Morning
I had coffee with a crueller and sausage covered pancake bites from dunkin donuts.
Lunch Dad brought me subway cold cut trio, with some potato chips.
snack finished the other part of my sandwich some without the bread.
Dinner we had ruebens so I had one and than headed to the gym
I did the elliptical weight loss 28 mins, treadmill 10 mins and accomplished 2.5 miles
Than onto weights, squats, sit ups. I kept going it was I did not want to stop! kept following what other people were doing.
Got home and ate some spinach dip. Showered and went to bed!
Tuesday weigh in went from 286.6-283.6 = 3lbs down!
Got my coffee and snuggled with Daniel
Got to work with some sonic had the ham croissant. with half of my tater tots they weren't as fresh.
Lunch: I had the rest of my subway cold cut trio minus the bread. chicken salad with saltine crackers.
Snack I had the fiber one bar. saltine crackers with chicken salad.
Dinner I got home and had a bowl of corn chowder with a biscuit.
workout: water aerobics for an hour. it was fun and did not put too much pressure on my bad knee.
Got home and had a cup of tea since it is so cold out!
Had a mini cannolli. snacked again on my dips.
I'm sleepy time for bed!
Wednesday
Breakfast: Bacon with eggs, and a slice of raisin bread toasted with butter.
Lunch we ordered eggplant parm I ate a good amount of the eggplant and a small amount of the spaghetti I could never finished all that!
Dinner was late we ordered chinese I had a pork egg roll, with general tso chicken did not eat all of it. I did not go to the gym because Daniel was home and I like to spend time with him when I can.
Thursday
Morning I had a sausage and egg biscuit from Hardees with a dunknin donuts coffee.
Lunch I had some more of my chicken salad with an avocado, salsa and some chips.
Later we had birthday cake
After work I headed to the gym for a quick workout see if I would like it or not.
Got there and I decided to do the expresso bike I wanted to try and accomplish the goat one I had attempted last week. I did it and finished but it sure was a challenge it def made me sweat and my left thigh hurt afterwards.
Got home had pork chops, with mashed potatoes and green beans
Later I made chicken nuggets and finsihed the laundry.
Friday
Woke up around 9 am had coffee, eggs and spinach dip.
I ran my errands
Brought mom lunch from jasons deli. tuna fish sandwich and chicken noodle soup
I had half of the sandwich and the pickle.
Went home and prepared the lasagna
Went with Daniel to pick up the kids and empty his car out.
Mcdonalds for the kids
Home to watch a movie and snack on some dip.
Dinner was baked chicken nuggets, broccoli and rice.
Did not have time for a workout :( plus I got my period :( so I am extra bloated
Ice cream for dessert. bath time. bed time.
I woke up an hour later coughing went downstairs had an eggroll (period talking)
Went back to bed.
Saturday
Breakfast I had coffee and two slices of raisin bread toasted with butter.
Lunch I had bbq with baked beans and coleslaw no bund
Dinner we had lasagna with garlic bread and salad.
We went to krispy kreme to get doughnuts for the next mornings breakfast.
I had a hot donut yum!
We watched a movie afterward

Went grocery shopping at Wal-mart and Kroger
Back home for lunch

Than got straight to work on dinner, stuffed bell peppers.

Workout- Treadmill with incline for 30 minutes while reading. I really enjoyed it.
Tuesday weigh in 284.6 gained a pound. I'm hoping it is the period.

In my mind I thought oh this shouldn't be so bad.
Wednesday: After moms doctors appt. I went to mcdonalds and got coffee a sausage and egg biscuit minus biscuit and hash browns.
For lunch I had planned chili, but instead Ronnie gave me his plaza rice and beans I had with chips.
I did not go to the gym that night for Daniel was off work, so we went to Gamestop and walmart for some reason I was really tired.
Took a bath, had some hot tea and went to bed.
Thursday
Breakfast I had avocado, eggs and ham.
Lunch I had Arbys sandwich and curly fries
After work I went to the library and got a new book, went to the gym and went swimming for 30 mins.
After that I got home and finished the laundry
Went to dinner with Daniel had plaza nachos.
Friday Morning
Breakfast: I had a croissant with jam and coffee
I made sugar free mixed berry pie
Went grocery shopping.
Mcdonalds sugar free tea and a burrito
Lunch I had with Daniel and Mom at Uno's got the thin crust pizza with eggplant, sundried tomatoes, feta and spinach.
Later we had homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.
And for dessert sugar free mixed berry pie.

Being Sick Sucks!
January 1, 2013 sick! stupid cold after having bronchitis! Keeping record of my sickness so I can remember!
Trying this Weight Loss Thing Again
Well I am trying this wake up early and go to gym thing.
Last Thursday (1/10) I woke up around 6 am wide awake and decided to go to the gym
15 mins of elliptical; 15 mins of treadmill.
Today Monday (1/14) Woke up around 6:22 am and decided it was gym time, since Daniel was at work.
Did 25 mins on the elliptical and 5 mins walking around the track to cool it down.
Breakfast I had greek yogurt, total corn flakes cereal.
Snack: Peanut Butter Crackers.
Lunch: Kale Salad, Orange and Lasagna.
Had one cookie and two sausage balls.
I am trying to make this work. I do need to put myself first.
Dinner we had Cracker Barrel with Mom & Daniel
I ordered the spicy grilled catfish, fried okra, green beans and dumplins had one biscuit and half of a corn muffin.
And part of a coca cola cake took the rest home.
Got home and passed out!!
Tuesday woke up at 6 am got to the gym by 6:30 and did the treadmill for 30 minutes and strength training for 15 minutes!
Got breakast from Bojangles for Daniel and I.
He got two steak biscuits and I got the Sausage & Egg Biscuit with coffee.
Lunch Daniel brought me cookout hamburger, chicken nuggets and hush puppies with a diet coke it was yummy.
Dinner we had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes. Made Banana bread that is delicious!
Took a cat nap woke up and wanted cereal! go figure I didn't eat much for dinner so I guess I was hungry.
Went to bed.
Wednesday woke up a little after 6 am headed to the gym and did 30 minutes on the bike which actually was more challenging that I thought it would be!
Got home and made some coffee, took a shower, started the laundry, got a cup of coffee, got dressed and ready for work.
Stopped by chickfila got a cup of coffee, fruit cup and a chickfila bagel sandwich minus the bagel.
Lunch I will have my kale salad and some hot noodles.
For dinner it was Bratwurst, rice and spinach. Did the laundry.
Thursday - No workout bad weather! Rainy and Snow.
Morning breakfast I had coffee and a slice of banana bread.
Lunch I had the rest of my kale salad, with some chicken and ramen noodles.
I got a venti skinny vanilla latte to get me through the night with the SCV Meeting.
Snack Mcdonalds mcnuggets.
SCV Meeting started @6 and ended at 8pm.
Went and got dinner for Daniel and I the New Orleans Pasta, to go.
Finished my movie, Love Actually.
Bed.
Friday

Lunch I had Popeyes chicken, mashed potatoes and a biscuit.
I am hoping to get in a workout tonight.
Finish the laundry.
I finished the laundry and I did get in a workout though it was low-impact it was something different. Beginners Line Dancing. It was something new to try since I already tried Zumba.
Got home and ate dinner with daniel, took a shower and pretty much passed out at 9pm. Cannot remember the last time I did that.
Now all I have to do is figure out when I want my new weigh in, and if I want to join Weight Watchers. Things to think about.
Saturday I worked all day. No time for the gym.
Cooked dinner most of the night.
Sunday
Took BJ for a walk 40 mins, 1.81 miles. it was a nice workout.
I finally decided that tuesday would be my day to weigh in! Lets see what tomorrow brings!
Monday

I ordered the spicy grilled catfish, fried okra, green beans and dumplins had one biscuit and half of a corn muffin.
And part of a coca cola cake took the rest home.
Got home and passed out!!
Tuesday woke up at 6 am got to the gym by 6:30 and did the treadmill for 30 minutes and strength training for 15 minutes!
Got breakast from Bojangles for Daniel and I.
He got two steak biscuits and I got the Sausage & Egg Biscuit with coffee.
Lunch Daniel brought me cookout hamburger, chicken nuggets and hush puppies with a diet coke it was yummy.
Dinner we had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes. Made Banana bread that is delicious!
Took a cat nap woke up and wanted cereal! go figure I didn't eat much for dinner so I guess I was hungry.
Went to bed.
Wednesday woke up a little after 6 am headed to the gym and did 30 minutes on the bike which actually was more challenging that I thought it would be!
Got home and made some coffee, took a shower, started the laundry, got a cup of coffee, got dressed and ready for work.
Stopped by chickfila got a cup of coffee, fruit cup and a chickfila bagel sandwich minus the bagel.
Lunch I will have my kale salad and some hot noodles.
For dinner it was Bratwurst, rice and spinach. Did the laundry.
Thursday - No workout bad weather! Rainy and Snow.
Morning breakfast I had coffee and a slice of banana bread.
Lunch I had the rest of my kale salad, with some chicken and ramen noodles.
I got a venti skinny vanilla latte to get me through the night with the SCV Meeting.
Snack Mcdonalds mcnuggets.
SCV Meeting started @6 and ended at 8pm.
Went and got dinner for Daniel and I the New Orleans Pasta, to go.
Finished my movie, Love Actually.
Bed.
Friday
Breakfast: I had eggs and bacon with coffee.
Lunch I had Popeyes chicken, mashed potatoes and a biscuit.
I am hoping to get in a workout tonight.
Finish the laundry.
I finished the laundry and I did get in a workout though it was low-impact it was something different. Beginners Line Dancing. It was something new to try since I already tried Zumba.
Got home and ate dinner with daniel, took a shower and pretty much passed out at 9pm. Cannot remember the last time I did that.
Now all I have to do is figure out when I want my new weigh in, and if I want to join Weight Watchers. Things to think about.
Saturday I worked all day. No time for the gym.
Cooked dinner most of the night.
Sunday
Took BJ for a walk 40 mins, 1.81 miles. it was a nice workout.
I finally decided that tuesday would be my day to weigh in! Lets see what tomorrow brings!
Monday
Breakfast I had coffee, crueller and some sausage pancake things from dunkin donuts.
Lunch I had subway eat fresh!
Snack I finished the other half of my sandwich
Got home and ate my rueben marty made
Went to the gym and did the elliptical, treadmill, squats, sit ups, weights.
it was good
Made some chicken salad.
Weigh in is tomorrow!
Weigh in I lost 3lbs!
